I have set up autopay on my account multiple times. It will work for maybe 1-2 months and then suddenly stops autodrafting, even though the paper copy of my bill says it is. I get stuck with the late fees because of their faulty system. This company is a bunch of crooks.
I always wait 5 minutes on hold before ending the call! I called to inquire about service, was told that I would be transferred to someone who could determine if I was in their area of service... waited on hold for 5 MINUTES. No answer, no reply. Goodbye! You lost out on valuable business!
No shock they have such a low rating. If you have a choice at all, go with a different company. Their communication is horrific, and unless you watch your bill like a hawk every single month, you will undoubtedly run into issues.
a lot of people just come on here to leave bad reviews because their bill was high or they paid late. My bill has never been over 40 I pay online so I never have to talk to anyone. I'm smart about my energy usage. if its cold I get a blanket. If it's hot I open a window or if its really bad ill turn on my Ac for a few hours while I'm home. I never leave Ac on while I'm at work... why would I? its a small space so it cools off quickly. I don't leave things plugged in when I'm not using them, I don't leave lights on. I'm not wasteful.
