Based on my pre-purchase research, I’m sure that the pricing I received from Metro Building Products (MBP) was very competitive. But the real value in buying from MBP is Ed!!! You could not ask for a more pleasant & knowledgeable person to come to you home, set up your BGE while patiently explaining its various parts, then literally teach you how to operate it & provide all kinds of grilling tips. I could have spent all afternoon & evening with Ed if he didn’t have another grill to deliver & set up. Thanks Ed & MBP for your excellent customer service & willingness to venture inside the perimeter!!!

I found this marvelous place just surfing around on the web after conversing with a friend about the purchase of an EGG. I had nooooo idea what was in store for me other than the reviews that peaked my curiosity!. So, I made a conscious effort to go pass this place and see what the hype was all about. I am glad I did, let me tell you. I went to the door, but it was locked, so I called the number listed on the door. Although at this time they were only taking orders through the call center and not face to face in the showroom; they made a huge exception! They immediately made it possible to meet with Joe, the manager right then and there. Joe sold me on the product (Large Egg) with his professionalism, honesty, integrity, and no pressure hassle to purchase. The package deal was phenomenal by far. The EGG expert Ed came and set up the Egg and was also very professionally, courteous, respectful, and patient. I will give infinity stars because a part was missing for the temperature dial and instead of mailing it, by golly Ed delivered the piece the VERY next day. This is top notch service at its best! Thanks Joe and Ed. You totally rock the house

Great place for good quality construction lumber. If you are looking for better grade than what home depot or lowes sells. Staff was nice, helpful, and even said they could order specialty pieces although I was in a time crunch so I went with what they had on hand.
