We bought our Hearthstone Wood Burning stove from MHOF and they have been really good to work with. When we moved into a different home this past summer, we needed some custom adjustments to make the stove work in the new fireplace surround and to be in compliance with some updated safety regulations. Sedge and Todd worked hard to find solutions to all the issues; Todd even crafted a custom heat shield which is working beautifully to protect the mantel. Sedge was great at following through with us each step of the way and the guys that came to do the installation were very courteous and professional. We've been thoroughly enjoying our wood-burning stove all winter and have complete peace of mind knowing that MHOF took care of making sure the installation was done right with safety as a top priority.

I went to Metro House of Fire to select a gas fireplace for my living room. Sedge spent about 1.5 hours with me answering my questions. He was great! He was patient and answered all my questions. We picked an installation date which had to be moved twice due to issues with the construction company who was to build out the fireplace area. Metro House of Fire was understanding and accommodated the date changes. Installation of the fireplace by MHF took a few hours by 2 people. Overall I love the fireplace and the quality of workmanship related to the installation process. I highly recommend this place.

I just needed a quick repair for my pilot light on an existing set of gas logs. The guys were very honest and professional and were able to diagnose my problem by the picture I emailed to them. I appreciate a company that, rather than charge a trip fee and service charge, gave professional advice over the phone saving me time and money. When it comes time to replace my gas logs, I will go to Metro House of Fire first!
