Great experience all around! I live in Tampa, FL and made the 8 hour trip just to see them. I had heard nothing but positive things about MC and wanted to see for myself. I had just purchased a new Ram 2500 and wanted a lift, wheels, and tires. I was nervous about taking it anywhere as the financial investment in the truck and lift is quite expensive. I talked to Josh over the phone and told them exactly what I wanted. Not only did they pull it off, it came out better than I could ever hoped! 4” BDS lift with 37s on 4play 22x10 wheels. Pictures don’t begin to show how well it looks in person. Not to mention it drives better than stock. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! These guys care about you and your vehicle. I had a leveling kit installed on my ‘09 F150. Chris and the guys at Monster went above and beyond to make sure I knew the possible issues with leveling an old vehicle and that I would be happy with the outcome. The truck looks and drives great. They did an awesome job and their customer service is great!

Awesome customer service and experience! Lonnie Novak and his crew took exceptional care of me and my truck. I'm a beginner with truck mods and they took time to educate me and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. Had a leveling kit and stabilization bars put in my '17 F250. Their attention to detail is what impressed me the most. You can see where they marked every bolt they touched to give a quick reference incase one starts to back out, I doubt that will happen. They will recheck in 500 miles and guarantee their work for life. After it was done, all the guys in the shop were as excited as i was about the new modification and we talked about what's next! Wheels/Tires? Ceramic coating? Winch and bumpers? It's a friendly place with good vibes no matter if you are an old pro or you don't know anything about cars. See you guys soon! Thanks again Lonnie!

Awesome place! Got turned down by 4wp for a roof rack install and they handled it for me professionally! And my bass boost install was a nice addition too! A custom done set that was discreet to replace the factory subs. Tyler also did a fantastic job setting it all up for me and overseeing the install. 10/10 would recommend. See you there!

I highly highly recommend Monster Customs. I contacted them in October 2019 to install a lift kit i had purchased. Unfortunately i had to wait till 2020 to get it installed due to personal reasons. As soon as i called Josh back up, my sales rep, he knew exactly who i was, what i wanted, and my vehicle. Josh is an amazing sales rep and was in constant communication the entire time. All i he cared about what the value given to the customer; he was right that their product sales itself. The lift turned out great. I even asked them to adjust the notch of the shock after for a different stance and they had no problem doing it. They work to make a customer happy. I plan on getting all my work done here in the future, believe me i have a laundry list. For any of you Toyota owners out there, this is the place to go. They have plenty of offroad kits to chose from. Cant wait to give them some more of my business.
