Great facility; professional and clean!

From the moment I walked in with my son and nanny we felt harassed. We were accused of doing swim lessons before we even entered the pool. I suspect it was because we were a multi race family. We are a black family and our Nanny is white. We went twice and were constantly interrupted, questioned stopped asked about our address even though we were paid members and swiped our cards. I didn't see them ask a million questions to anyone else there who was there . We felt extremely harassed and targeted. Doesn't appear that anyone else was getting that level of scrutiny. It was not a pleasant experience for us. They had multiple people sharing lanes but they told us because we lived at different addresses we couldn't be in the same lane due to Covid19 rules but that rule didn't apply to the multiple other people sharing lanes. I didn't observe them asking anyone else their address or if they lived in the same house. Then we asked for two lanes next to each other, they had a problem with us talking to each other. We were completely harassed. We ended up leaving and getting our money back.

Instructional pool heater needs repair and a good cleaning. Other than that the staff is very proactive with Covid regulations and sanitization.

Very friendly staff and nice large open swim area! The open swim pool includes ramp or stair access.
