Tallatoona (Energy assistance program) at this location was very unprofessional, and discombobulated. Nothing was in order and the lady that was seeing people was very short tempered, impatient, and honestly probably made some folks feel judged. It was only two people assisting clients. The lady seemed overwhelmed and maybe this is not the right environment for her. I showed up early for my appointment (as I was advised to) and waited for HOURS to be seen. Even when no one was waiting. Ridiculous. I've been to another Tallatoona hosting location in the pass and even though it was way busier it was more efficient, friendly, quick and resourceful. The staff at this particular location was more concerned about taking their lunch than helping people get in and out.

I love this place. The people here are amazing. My family lives on a tight budget, so getting help with clothes and food allows us to pay all of our bills on time and pay down our debts. May God continue to bless Must Ministries.
