Took my 2020 Lexus RC to Nalley after I was rear ended. They did a great job with my car & the customer service was on point. They sent me texts along the way to keep me updated on when a delayed part was being shipped, when the paint was done, etc. so I was never left wondering when my car would be ready. They made the whole process as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Extremely pleased with body repair work completed on 2 different cars. One issue involved insurance and the other out of pocket. Quality of work and pricing were excellent and the shop’s staff were great to work with. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Submitted pictures with the online app, and had a quote within two hours. Repair was done within a week, and was completed for the amount quoted. Car was like new, and even looked like it had been detailed, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be coming back to Nalley Collision for future repairs.
