I went in this past Sunday for one item and two females were working (sitting on stools) the registers and had the faces of please don’t pick me. I set my transmission fluid up and she pinched for it since it was not close enough for her... i had to handle that for her (she would not move out of her stool) the entire time the two were complaining about a work order. You could clearly tell management was not present... lack of respect for management & customer service. I shop there a lot since I own classic cars. It’s a shame I normally don’t complain but you need to discuss with those two.

NAPA solved my dead battery problem quickly and painlessly. Another auto store said I needed a new alternator and a new battery but NAPA proved that all I needed was a new battery. Problem solved!
