Our neighborhood had used Nautix this past swim season, and... what a season 2020 was with the pandemic. Chad was wonderful, working with us and willing to accommodate us with the opening of the pool during the pandemic. The technician was always amazing when coming and servicing our pool, and fast to arrive when we needed him. I truly recommend Nautix, they are a reliable business.

Our neighborhood has used Nautix for several years. We have always been very satisfied with their service. When we have had a problem they are very responsive any many times they have helped avoid having an issue. There staff is very friendly. They show up when they say they are, and they have enough resources to handles most pool issues. If you want a pool company that can handle it all I highly recommend this company.
