Dr. Marcus is a blessing. I've been searching for 15 years for answers about my pain. I was routinely ignored and told the pain wasn't that bad. I'm now two weeks post op because Dr. Marcus listened to me, opened me up, and found endometriosis. He is truly an incredible doctor that listens. I'm thankful to have found him and will continue to see him as long as he's in practice.

Dr. Rachel Adams is by far my favorite OBGYN ever, actually my favorite doctor ever! She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are well taken care of! She is very knowledgeable, has a caring spirit and has outstanding beside manners! When it come to going through a very challenging, vulnerable yet beautiful experience of becoming a mother, she is your go to person. The office is great! Even when they are busy they are very good at respecting your time & keeping you on schedule (give or take 30mins)! Everyone in the East Cobb office is friendly and speaks/ acknowledges your presence even with a simple smile of the eye! The office is very clean and allows for adequate social distancing! Everyone wears a mask and sanitizes areas after use!

Communication is not this office’s forte. Not once have I ever been able to reach the nurse without playing phone tag and leaving a series of voicemails. My glucose test results were given to me two weeks after I called and asked for them. I told the MD that I was struggling to get in contact with a nurse and he gave me another line to the front desk receptionist-a very nice lady, but one who has no clinical answers and also no way of getting a nurse. I was told by a different MD that she would call in a prescription for iron tablets-this never happened and I was unable to reach somebody to obtain the script. They are very busy-I have never waited for less than 30 minutes. In the event that I am ever pregnant again, this will not be practice I go with.

Dr. Jeffrey Marcus is the best OBGYN - would highly recommend this group. I felt very comfortable and 20 years and two kids later I still love going to see Dr. Marcus! Love that I can have my annual and my mammogram' all at the same time!
