They thoroughly have eliminated a bed bug infestation when another prominent firm could not accomplish the job correctly. They are very accommodating, always friendly and knowledgeable and respond quickly to any concerns. We especially like our technician Robert but have found everyone else to be helpful and effective as well. I would definitely recommend them.
Top notch service and professional. but worth every penny. Did not want to low ball and have to watch over shoulder or worry about completing the job given their guarantee, years in the business , and reputation. THEY are dealing with my live infestation and home investment. Will update on next inspection.
Have used Orkin for 16-years and have had the same technician for the entire time. Our technician Robert is very friendly, personal, genuine, and attentive to our pest needs. He’s a true genuine guy and the consummate professional. If Robert left Orkin for another company, then we would follow him.
I think out of all the bug companies I’ve used over the years, Orkin is the best. I rarely see bugs and if I do, they’re dead. Every Orkin man that has come through my house is knowledgeable and polite. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because sometimes I don’t get a phone call or email or communication of any kind that it’s time for my service. That happened today. Luckily I was home and happy to have them come inside (first time in 6 months due to covid). Anyway, I get serviced every 2 months for household “bug-free” maintenance. Highly recommend.
