Too many fake reviews. Thieves in mechanic clothing. Watch up for rotor scams here. Unfortunately, their services managers seem to be thieves in mechanic clothing. I only needed a brakes, rotors where only a year old as I already had estimates from Toyota and AAA service. So to save money took my car to this guys. They told me I need 4 rotors and too dangerous to drive LOL. I only needed front and rear brakes. Not only that, they took out air and cabin filters, and wanted to sell me over priced parts with labor, in spite of the fact that I told them I am there for only front and rear brake replacement. After I got tired of their pushy sells going from 200 to almost 800, I told them put everything back together so I could do it myself at home. Took almost 4 hours for their initial inspection and then put it all back together At home I noticed, they broke screws for air filter apparently, they used high powered tool to fasten screws and did sloppy job of putting cabin filter back behind the glovebox and broke glove box piston. If that wasn’t enough, they left the calipers screws so loose that you could unscrew them by hand. I will file complain with BBB, because these guys are dangerous and could get people killed.

The four stars are for the service by one of your techs Reggie! Came in to look over some part for a project and ran into Reggie. Ery nice young man, almost seemed like it was a Pep Boys Commercial. Reggie was very helpful, knowledgeable and a professional. I also had a tire that needed some attention and Reggie was Johnny on the spot, helped me look over the issue and even tested it with air. This young man knows how to take care of customers. Great job Reggie and keep it up. Its hard to find people that take pride in thier job nowadays.
They are the best staff I have seen in Pep boys. I had written this store off and pep boys as a whole until fate brought me back to these guys. great service. The Manager Tap is a true leader and gets things done.
The place is clean and with a friendly vibes. My car was taken care off with professionalism. I would recommend Pep Boys!
