Great service
I was worried my laptop was ready for the trash can, but after a trip to Power PC it's like new. In fact, with the repairs and upgrades it's better than it was when it was new. It was a great experience doing business here.
The folks here are fantastic. Their service is great and they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. They sell quality stuff that is often better than new stuff at the same price in other stores. I highly recommend them.
Dropped of my laptop Saturday and Su at Power PC kept me informed each time he had an update and didn't try to do anything but work the problem. Got the laptop back in great working order and they even cleaned the screen and keyboard. It's the little things that put you over the top and they excel at it. I hope I don't have computer issues any more, but I know where I'm going if I do.
