Anthony came to do the estimate and very knowledge. He even helped me get one of my cars out of the garage because the spring was broken. Brandon came and installed an entire garage door and motor by himself in 2 hours. Both were very courteous and had excellent customer service.

Very fast service. The service tech that showed up was very professional. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. He did not try to pressure me to upgrade everything however he did suggest what would be best and most cost efficient on the work that needed to be done. His name is Victor Murillo and when my mothers garage door breaks I will definitely request Victor to come out to fix it. Very impressed with Victor and Precision Garage Door Service. They aren’t the cheapest out there but they stand behind their work and have a great warranty.

I purchased a special order garage door so I had to wait a few weeks for its arrival; however the team at Precision remained professional and courteous. On the installation day the installers, Fred and Charles, arrived early. They were professional and thorough. Fred went above the norm when he ran into a problem and found water damaged wood in the place where my new garage door bracket was to be installed. He initially said that he shared a picture with his boss and that he couldn't complete the installation. This was a dilemma because my old garage door had been removed and simply I couldn't leave my garage open and unsecured. After investigating further, Fred found a solution. I had two wood studs in my basement and I went and bought a 2 by 6 piece of treated lumber. Fred measured and cut the boards, replaced the damaged wood and completed the job. He explained how to care for the door and he and Charles answered several questions that were important to me. Thanks to these two professionals, my garage door purchase experience was pleasant and worth the wait
