The experience wasn’t what we expected. My son had a set appointment, but there were several other Seniors there to take pictures as well at the same time. It would have been nice to inform the parents on what to expect and how the process goes. The staff was nice, but we felt rushed. The tuxedo shirts and white shirts for young men were dirty, the bow ties were very old. The cap for the cap and gowns were dirty and full of make up. Not good during a pandemic. One of the staff members sprayed down the cap with lysol and gave us coffee filters to put in the cap. I would have been glad to bring my sons own attire, bow tie etc. That was very disappointing. We made the best of it. Just happy to have it all over with. Proud of my son c/o 2021. Congratulations to all the upcoming graduates! You rock!

Upon arrival you scan a code to sign in and you wait for someone to call your phone. I might have waited 15-20mins to be called. My son was taking his senior standard pictures. He received a room where everything was hanging in his room ready. Social distance practice was superb. He received a different photographer for every look so we were in and out I think we maybe an hour. We received great customer service!

My son needed to retake his senior pictures. We were greeted well and the check in was great and quick. The employees provided excellent instructions, quick but perfect shots and finally great quality of customer interaction/service. I do recommend graduation photos for schools with this provider. The photographers who provided excellent service is Blu and Mr. Thomas. Thank you again!

My son has a session yesterday, we took our big dog too. We really really enjoyed it and it was so much fun. Tom, Jackie, Blu, and Rachael are so nice, friendly and kind. I would recommend them to any one.
