My husband and I both took our cars to Prime Collision for repair. Each time we received excellent customer service, timely repairs, and very reasonable prices. We will most definitely use them for any future repairs; they’re excellent.

I went here because they worked with my insurance company and honestly I was more impressed with Prime Collision and their staff keeping me informed throughout the course of my car's repair. They projected my car to be done Wednesday and finished it by Monday afternoon, which saved me paying out of pocket more for a rental car. They did a fantastic job on the work and I am very impressed. My car was even cleaned, which made the experience even better because I was not expecting that. Very amazing workmanship and would definitely recommend. They also lost a phone holder of mine during the process and offered to replace it. Any future issues I have with my car, I will definitely be back.
The whole experience was great. I went here through progressive to have my bumper repaired after being rearended. They made the whole experience super easy. Everything from getting a rental, they communicated very well with me and the insurance company. All of them are friendly. I also left my Tablet in the rental and they were quick to grab it and hold it for me. Great experience. I will definitely come back for any future car needs.
We bought our mom a used van with super low mileage, however the previous owner was in his older ages and he literally scraped every side of the vehicle to the point at which the paint was completely exposed to the bare metal and began to rust. I knew that if this rust and paint flaking was not corrected soon then it will spread extremely fast. After extensive research I came to conclusion that Prime Collision Repair is the best option due to their transparency, reviews, responsiveness, and punctuality. We were quoted 900 to repair ONLY the two areas with rust that we pointed out. Prime Collision Repair went above and beyond and cleaned the exterior of the vehicle and even wiped down the wheels. Not only that, but they also fixed several **MAJOR** eyesores all around the vehicle, completely free of charge. To top it off, they were able to complete the work within 2 business days of dropping off the vehicle and had it ready for our mother's birthday. There are only three viable options locally as far as body work on Canton Road. Of those three, Prime Collision Repair is by far the most professional and experienced.
preferred provider\ for progressive insurance. They cheaped out on a lot of parts. Used auto parts and generic reproduction body panels. Still saw some wrinkles in the trunk where it was damaged and there was paint spray everywhere under the carpet. Smelled like paint in my car for weeks. They also ran my car's gas tank nearly empty. I had to go straight to the gas station because i had 7 miles till empty. Gave me the wrong color headlights (supposed to be black but got chrome instead) which they fixed but that should have been obvious. They also removed and lost a sensor. Couldn't open my trunk with the remote any more after my car was there. Just left the Wire hanging there under the car. Took two weeks to hear back from that and they didn't even order the right sensor. Also the car needed an alignment but guess what didn't get done! I was so fed up with the whole thing that I just sold the car as is and told em to forget about it. On a lighter note the paint looked good and the staff was super friendly. That's why they got a second star.
