THESE PEOPLE ARE THE DEVIL! No professionalism. No standards. They listen to a new resident that said 3 residents that have BEEN there (whom characters the facility suppose to know about) have bullied her and they evicted those 3 innocent residents. The lady was participating in \bullying\. They did NOT investigate the incident with practical reasoning. One of the residents have NO LEGS! So, either this woman have some kind of inside connection or these people NEVER had any dignity, respect, morals or professionalism. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES MOVE HERE! THEY'LL KICK YOUR LOVED ONES OUT FOR BLINKING WRONG! Send them somewhere else that's decent. One of the evicted ladies have been a role model and extremely helpful for years. They clearly didn't take that into consideration and know for a fact that these ladies didn't \bully\ anyone.

Ms. Hall is a very rude woman to evict seniors giving them a 15 day notice to vacate the proberty. My mother is loved my everyone in that building she's been living there for 5 years I wouldn't move my dog to this place. That manager is going to get what's coming to her treating old people the way she do.

The property manager Miss.Hall is very nice,Isha is very nice an helpful,an the Maintenance works Bernard an Frank are kewl too an does their a good job an on time. The coordinator Cynthia is a sweet heart an always has stuff for the residents to do that are fun.I would give it five stars my only problem is that damn intercom an some of these residents need to get a life an mind their damn business other then that the building an staff are wonderful

I put in a application with these guys three yrs ago. Now they are trying to reach out to me keyword TRYING some lady name Iesha calls me each in everytime telling me she has something available for me in that she need extra information from me such as ssi award letter, id, ss card, birth certificate, in order to proceed with the process, she even sends me update letter after update letter. at least two or three times in a yr. I mean I don't understand. If she has all of this on file why would she need all these items again. Especially when my income has not changed will not change because I'am permantley disabled. In the simple fact these update letters she is sending states that I'm still interested in the property. It seems like to me this apartment building is full of bs in games. This lady says one thing then another. She cleary stated that I was next on the list at least two or three times. Once they started reaching out to me but then later they are saying that have other ppl in front of me. This lady by the name of Iesha doesn't know what she is doing in she is very impatient, rude, in disrespectful. It cleary seems to me they don't want to rent to me for some apparent reason. I'm fed up to the point that I just gave up on these ppl as of 9/12/16 because of the games in lies been told to me they are a waste of time. Proceed at your own risk if you are interested.
