Initial setup & instruction after discharge from hospital was great. Other than that, this company fails miserably at everything else. Home oxygen tank delivery/swap is supposed to be 24hr/7d a week — but if your tank runs out be prepared to asphyxiate before you get any customer service. The after hours answering service will only take a message for the day crew, who then will neither call you back for a few days, nor answer your calls.

It's a small business with a waiting room and a friendly staff. Also, it's handicap accessible.

They need to remember they are in the health care business and not everyone can comply with their rules. Patients are limited to what they are able to do. Flexible guidelines need to be used not this how we do it or come to the office not an option for some of the patients that they are serving.

Great tech that came to house to deliver oxygen after being released from hospital.. Explained how everything worked and left his cell in case we needed him. But the office staff was beyond terrible. It took 7 calls to schedule the pick up the Equipment. Had to call corporate to get it handled.

Overall poor experience. I went to Rotech to get a CPAP for sleep apnea. I completed my sleep study in February of 2020, but I was never contacted by the company to get my device. The manager did a great job expediting my order once I called in June (about 3 months after I completed my sleep study). The Respiratory Therapist did an excellent job of explaining how to use the equipment. The receptionist didn’t introduce herself and didn’t ask me any COVID-19 screening questions even though there was a note on the door indicating that they screen patients for COVID-19. I was asked to pay 190 for the machine (portion not covered by insurance) before anyone let me in the door. They mentioned that it was their company policy to pay before appointments but I didn’t see that anywhere in writing. I wondered if all patients have to pay in advance, or just certain groups. This company seems more concerned about upfront payments, and less concerned about customer service and COVID-19 safety.

My mother needed to be discharged with portable oxygen when leaving the hospital after an almost two week stay. I have zero experience using it, and was nervous about the entire process. One of the company reps ( I forgot his name) came to meet me in my mothers room at North Fulton Hospital. He went over every detail, had me do the process, and then suggested video taping the process to have for reference. Extremely helpful and polite. I then met with the second rep, Muhammad, ( he goes by "Mo" ) who came to my home that night. He brought all the additional portable oxygen, and set up the large tankless one which was brand new. He spent almost an hour at our home, explaining all the details, how to trouble shoot if things come up, and all the details of the machine. He was very patient, polite, and thorough. Also the he also provided extra tubing and cannulas. Was very pleased all the way around with the company and their employees.

Well...fortunately my husband hasn't died in his sleep yet from sleep apnea...but it isn't because he's received his cpap machine that was ordered for him over a month ago. When Rotech was called to check on the order after 3 weeks it took 2 days to get someone to answer the phone and then they said they never received the order. Made a call to pulmonologist to ask about that and they said they faxed it the day it was ordered. They resent the order and we tried to call to check that they received it a few days later...again...no answer. We left a message and no one called us back over the next 2 days. Finally got someone today on the line...they received the order but not the sleep study. So...after a week of having the order...they couldn't be bothered to let anyone know they were still missing a piece. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They clearly have no work ethic and certainly no customer service skills. God help you if you have a life threatening issue and have to wait on them to provide the medical equipment you need. I hope WellStar seriously reconsiders using them as a supply company.
