We have been using Self for a little over two years now, and they're hands down the best HVAC repair company we've ever used. John has more than once gone above and beyond to make sure our home is comfortable and safe. When our pressure switch failed on our unit he was out here the same day to replace the part. In addition he ran through the system completely and ran it through a few cycles to make sure he was satisfied with the results.

My experience with Self Heating & Cooling has been fantastic. From initial contact, the response and professionalism was exceptional. The owner, John, quickly diagnosed my AC issue. I mean he arrived within hours of my first contact with this company! I never felt that I was being up-sold services I didn’t need. Everything was explained thoroughly and timelines that were promised were kept. I ended up needing a replacement of both the inside and outside units. Not inexpensive but I felt I like received quality service for the price. The install person, Mason, was equally knowledgeable and very willing to answer my questions. If you are looking for a locally owned small business that will treat you right, call John at Self Heating and Cooling. They earned my business and I’m happy I found them!
