If you want to experience a boarding house with a HEART, Sims Boarding House located at 4487 Trickum Road, Marietta, GA 30066, is a WONDER! The owner, Susan Maddox, and her daughter, Mandy, live on the premises.Ever since I moved in on July 1st of this year, I feel as if I am a member of a CHURCH FAMILY. As I walked onto the premises on July 1st, Susan embraced me and said, "Welcome to your new home!" I think of Susan and her daughter as an Aunt and Cousin. What more can be said about such wonderful people?
