My review says one star, but what I really meant was zero stars. Staff speaks broken English and their money transfer process is the most cumbersome I've ever experienced. Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru to make a simple deposit with cash back. I'm actually waiting on hold with them right now. Will close my accounts with them if they ever pick up.
their atm machine will literally STEAL YOUR MONEY. The machine under counts the cash every time. I have told them about this problem over nine months ago and they refuse to fix it.
Don’t waste your time with this bank it’s the worst ever money stealers.
The employees are very helpful and helped me with everything I needed. No single complaint.
