I’m a new business owner and Nolan and the other staff have been nothing but helpful in every way. I’ve rented from most of the places in the area and this place has the BEST customer service around. Moving on to the equipment; I’ve never seen such clean well maintained rentals. They get every spec of mud off and the machines run like they’re brand new! I also love the fact that there are no hidden fees! All around a five star experience and I always look forward to working with this company!

I rented 2 machines this week for the first time and happy with service Nolen provided. He helped load machine, explained how machines work without rushing you, and they offer competitive pricing and wide selection of rentals.
I have been a contractor in the North Georgia area for 38 years and have never been treated so poorly, The service and attitude I received from this business is lacking to say the least, They don’t even deserve the single star rating, the place is run by unprofessional inexperienced staff I suggest you rent from real professional rental company’s like HERC Rental or Sunbelt or United Rental at least you will get the respect you deserve as a customer, these companies have a proven track record of professional service coupled with quality equipment. And excellent customer service.

Communication is poor. I dealt with Chris. He isn't much for customer service and has an attitude. I wasn't aware I had to call to have them come pickup the machine. I was told it would be picked up the next day. Chris said, "we dont leave voicemails" and said the called me "several" times. Which is incorrect because the machine was literally sitting at my shop for 3 days and I was waiting for them to come get it. At least the machine worked well. That's the only positive. Just cost me twice as much for one day. Thanks guys
I've contacted rental companies before when needing tools or equipment that I needed for work or around the house and my experience has been about the same. (meh) I recently moved into a new house and new to the area and reached out to Talisman Rentals in Marietta, GA to rent a wood chipper after not having any luck with a few other "big box" places. These people are the most hospitable I've dealt with. Seemed like I was borrowing something from a few buddies I recently met. They want you to have a great experience. I spoke to Chris Hulsey initially and set everything up over the phone for the following Friday. However, the virus hit and I had to work that weekend. I called Chris back and told him I would have to cancel the rental. He was totally understanding and said he keep the rental open in case anything changed. 2 weeks go by and I called them back on Thursday asking to rent the chipper for the weekend. He said he still had the paperwork and would deliver the chipper the next day. They deliver for a nominal fee and it is well worth it. I would highly recommend Talisman for their customer service alone. Btw...The chipper I rented was in great shape and ran like a charm. Thanks Talisman!!
