I started singing lessons with my teacher Ruth Amy four years ago. She is literally the sweetest person I've ever met. She has a golden voice that can sing many different kinds of music. She has been a teacher most of her life. I love the way she teaches. It's effective and brilliant. She's always understanding and she always has a smile on her face. I am blessed to have her.
It allowed me to build on it, and be able to explore many different styles of music. Also, and just as importantly, she passed on a tradition of musical integrity and thorough preparation for which I am forever grateful.
Finding the right piano teacher can be tricky, and I'm happy to say that mine is one of the best I've worked with.
My mam and pa wanted me to learn how to play the piano. I wasn't sure at first... When my sixth lesson was over I knew I would learn to love it though. Good teacher.
