I went in yesterday requesting help for our above ground pool. I was completely dismissed and made to feel as though I was ignorant and a burden for seeking help from the experts with our pool issues. I left without spending a dime after the woman working said “Well, did the pool not come with instructions on how to take care of it?” As a business owner myself, that always attempts to shop small, I was astounded at the treatment I received and will not be back.
I have had good and bad experiences here in the past but the service experiences I have had over the last year have all been positive and Mike and the new owner seem to go above and beyond on a consistent basis. If you need a repair or service, call these guys.
So I performed an experiment today. I went to Leslie’s pool on Saturday in Woodstock to have my water tested. They said I needed about 300 worth of chemicals for my pool for it to be clear for summer. Then I drove directly to Leslie’s pool in Roswell, same container of water, they tested my water and told me completely different results. Tried to sell me over 200 worth of chemicals different ones. The common thing they wanted me to use was alkalinity up. 30 lbs at Woodstock and 25 lbs at Roswell. Went home and threw in 15 lbs and let it run through overnight. Next morning pool looked great. Took water down to TLC and had my water tested. Crazy thing they said my water was perfect. Sold me nothing. Guess I know who I am trusting now. Thank you TLC for your honesty and I will be back.
