Walked in today to be treated for what turned out to be a food poisoning. The wait to be seen was a little long (just over an hour) but understandable given the COVID protocols and the amount of people waiting ahead of me. Once I got called back, the care was excellent. I was diagnosed quickly, put on an IV, and given me the right meds to get me feeling better again in no time. I walked in absolutely miserable, and I'm walking out feeling a thousand times better. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an urgent care provider. I should also note this wasn't my first time being seen here. I've been here several times previously, and they've all been generally positive experiences.

Very nice new facility, friendly staff, and good doctors. I went in with a lot of pain due to a neck injury and I only had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. However, the visit with the doctor took 3 hours as I waited in the room, writhing in pain, for the Dr. to pop in and out. For example, I got x-rays then I waited in the room for an hour until the doctor finally came back to give me my prognosis. Then we discussed medicine and it took over 30 minutes until the Dr. came back in with my prescription. I arrived at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 9pm. Since the visit took so long, I wasn't even able to pickup my prescription from my regular pharmacy because they closed at 9pm. This amount of waiting is unacceptable in my opinion. My need for the visit was urgent but there was nothing urgent about the visit itself.

I was seen by Dr Jorge Rodriguez for back pain. He is a very kind compassionate man. He explained in terms that I could understand what my problems was.

I went to the urgent care, I self checked in, approximately 10 mins the nurse took me inside, took my vitals and did the Covid-19 test. In about 15 mins Dr Salasberry came to the room. I explained to him my symptoms, he showed genuine concern, did not rush me, he made sure that I asked him all I needed to know. Once we were done, he walked me to exit door. I was very impressed by sincere and friendly behavior. I would give him 10 stars Thanks Dr. Salasberry
