Since I moved to Florida 8 months ago I have been looking for an apartment to settle in and call My home , I must have called this place over 15 times in that span when they say there’s available units, absolutely NO ANSWER AT ALL JUST FORWARDED COMPLETELY. I even had a realtor try and contact them on 3 numbers I had found through listing sites to try and come into contact and none pick up. I even visited the premises to try and visit the front desk . Closed . How the heck are you to run a successful business when it’s been a ghost for months?

It’s a great place to live, I’m so grateful for leaving in here already for 3 years, and so far don’t have complaints. I want to thanks Juan , the new maintenance guy who always try his best to solve the problems always with a smile in his face, and the Property manager have Been nice and helpful all the time.
I set up an appointment online via the web chat for an apartment viewing. I show up, nobody answered the door and when i called the office, the manager told me that they weren’t notified of an appointment. I talked to an actual person online and received a confirmation email regarding the appointment however the manager was rude and did not handle the situation very well. If this is how they treat applicants then I’m glad I’m not renting here.
These people NEVER I mean NEVER pick up their phone! Why have a number when you not going pick up when people call ? It’s ridiculous!!! They deserve a zero rating!
I have lived here for about 8 years now, starting as merely an 20 year old putting herself through college, to now a wife and mother. The complex is small with only 3 buildings, but the tenants and office staff are friendly and everyone knows eachother by name. Some people have had negative experiences here (and people with a negative experience are much more likely to take the time to write a review than people who have had positive ones) but overall, the pros outweigh the cons for this community. The rent is cheaper than most surrounding neighborhoods, there’s an elevator (lol), the hallways are air conditioned, and Evie and the office staff are always putting the residents first. Many of the tenants here, like myself, have called Marina Bay home for many years. This wouldn’t be the case if it weren’t a welcoming place to live.
