Update: Thank you for taking the ownership of the problem, and replying to my initial review. I am changing it from 1 to 4 stars. Hope you continue to improve your business. My friend posted a review earlier, gave you two stars, but statements in your response were false, so here is mine: There were some misses on our end, no question about that, with forgetting our credit card. But stating that we came back over an hour later, when it took us less than 15min shows your integrity and customer service right there. In addition, saying we were disrespecting your staff!??? Yes, we said it was not fair as they told us they can wait for us to come back. I asked to talk to the manager who was VERY unfriendly and with an attitude. We expressed to her that staff needs to be better trained. They could’ve told us NO when we asked if they can hold the boat for us to go get the credit card. We offered to leave our debit card, but they said they’ll wait. All they had to do is state that the policy is first come first serve basis. We did not see any risk of loosing the rental, as we were told it was ok to leave and come back with the credit card. I absolutely support following all the required policies, but staff needs to be trained on making sure those are communicated to the customers. Manager we talked with did not like that comment, her response was full of attitude. My response to her was (exact words): ‘thank you, we’ll make sure other people are aware of your customer service skills.’ Misses and mistakes happen, that is all understandable. However, the way you are addressing the problems reflects exactly how you operate your business. With no respect for your customers, not holding to your word, and worst of all- giving false statements. No integrity, no ownership to the problems, just pointing fingers. Poor, poor, poor customer service skills.

Only took the boat out for 40 mins and still got charged for 3 hours .... We had a accident. My 9 year old son got hurt when he fell off the tube. We had to rush him to the hospital. We got no concern what so ever from the staff. I did not want my money back I was just hoping for a Rain check. She pretty much told me there was nothing she could do. The dock was packed with new renters .... I had to pay 25 dollars a hour for the tube ... she would not even refund me the Tube rental. Not a family business. There is plenty of other Rental establishments. Take your business else where.
We rented two days in a row from Marina Bay during Labor Day weekend and everything was so seamless. The staff was so nice and made everything so easy- including driving you in and out of the pier on the boat so you didn’t have to stress about it! Easy location if you’re staying downtown and if not they have reserved parking spots for you across the street. Will rent here again and cannot recommend enough!
Just had a bachelorette party and this was one of the best things we did all weekend! When you book get Sanders and Jackson! Best drivers around! It was amazing to jam to music, cruise, and swim around! Thanks for the great memories! Would highly recommend!
Very friendly and courteous staff. Charges are on the higher side a little, but can't blame a busy tourist destination to be so.
