We got 5 estimates for a replacement dodger on our existing bows. At first Rick seemed expensive. I get it. He's not nuts and he's a consummate craftsman. He has every right to charge what he feels he's worth but then we started comparing and while we did pay about 300 more than our next favorite bid the spec was so much higher. Makrolon windows instead of plain Vinyl. YKK zippers, anti-UV thread. Spec'ed out the same, the other place would have been 4 to 5 hundred more than Rick. The process was very professional. He's a good communicator and refreshingly candid. Dodger was delivered on time, fit perfectly and the after sale service has been top notch.
