As a general manager of several Lincoln apartment complexes, I expect no less than a great service on my properties. I met with Gozen Construction team when they started a project for one of our commercial tenants in Santa Monica. They have converted a retail space with no existing utilities into a beautiful and vibrant coffee shop with new plumbing and electrical services and amazing architectural finishes. They were very organized, worked super clean and very respectful to the residential tenants of my building. Good referrals from our tenants and on-site observations that we had during construction led us working with Gozen team on our 4 buildings in the area. They have done a great job on our parking structures. They have tested all our drains, power wash and striping done beautifully for all buildings in just a few days. They delivery what they promise and they work hard to go beyond expectations. Efe and his team are very efficient, resourceful and competent. They are definitely a must have on the vendor list! Highly recommended to all property owners and property managers who care about their properties and communities, because Gozen team is the contractor that you can trust. One-stop shop construction team for all your construction needs.

Dealing with the city permits was stressing us out at first but Gozen team took care of all permitting and design for us. They were very resourceful. Our home looks great. They kept us informed on every stage. The best part is, we did not have to meet with any inspectors and they took care of every inspection without any issues. I would highly recommend this company. They were not the lowest quotation but well worth every dollar if you are looking for a hassle free renovation. Everyone in the crew were efficient, very respectful and professional. Efe and his crew were great to work with. Great experience and such nice people.
