5 stars across the board. I have been a patient of Dr. Stevens and Dr. Gould for about a year now -- beginning with my breast augmentation surgery in January 2019. Having had very small breast my entire life, breast implants were something I thought of pursuing since as far back as I can remember. I moved to LA from Chicago about 3 years ago and was nervous to move forward given the \bimbo\ look and feel a lot of LA girls have. Dr. Stevens and Dr. Gould were SO detail oriented and genuinely listened to my ask of wanting to have larger but still natural looking breasts. I went from a 32A to a now beautiful 32D ... honest to god they look so natural anyone who didn't know me before the surgery rarely asks if they're fake. Fast forward to December 2020 .... I have been having my lips filled here and there since about 2016. Since moving to LA in 2017 I have been seeing the same PA in Orange County to get the job done. Needless to say after 3 years I started to feel she wasn't putting as much detail into my filler as she had in the past and I wasn't happy. After having such a great experience at Marina Plastic Surgery I reached out to Dr. Gould and he referred me to their PA Cory. Cory is AMAZING. She worked on my lips like I was a legitimate work of art -- every so carefully injecting each area -- massaged them after (which I've never had done before and wow was I missing out). I left with my lips looking plump, proportioned and shaped just as I had wanted. In addition, Cory was the sweetest ever. She chatted with me the entire time and made me feel super comfortable. To make a long story even longer, Marina Plastic Surgery, their Surgeons and their staff are all incredible. I truly cannot say enough good things. Thank you Dr. Stevens, Dr. Gould and Cory! Highly recommend!

Let me just preface this by saying I haven't had any surgery done by Dr.Gould (yet!) but I had a phone consultation with him today and I was so impressed I just had to leave a review. This man is amazing! I'm getting my breast implants replaced and I've spoken to a few doctors and Dr. Gould blew them all out of the water. He was so informative, knowledgable, patient, caring, compassionate, I just can't say enough good things about him. You totally get the warm and fuzzies with you talk to him. A lot of doctors make you feel like you're asking too many questions or using up their precious, expensive, almighty Doctor Time but Dr. Gould was so thorough about explaining everything to me and making sure I had a complete understanding of everything the surgery would entail. I would feel 100% confident going to Dr. Gould for my surgery. If you're shopping around for doctors I highly recommend having a consult with Dr. Gould.

When reviewing a medical office, I think it’s important to have some background on the reviewer. I work in the medical field, and my top priority is excellence in clinical care. Wait times, friendly staff, spotless floors—I’m not discounting these as relevant factors, but they are not what ultimately counts for me. This review will be on Dr. Macias’ knowledge, care, and integrity, because ultimately he did not treat me. After a comprehensive and thoughtful consultation, he counselled me against any procedures and gave me a well-reasoned and patient explanation why. This to me is what separates the great surgeons from the good. I hope any patient is as lucky was to be under his care. And for those who care, the office is stunning, it’s like walking into a spa, and the staff are all wonderful. The wait times are what I would consider to be on the longer side, but it’s worth the wait.
