no one still has called or showed up for the scheduled time we made with this company. You try to call the office and get attitude from the woman who answers the phone wondering about our service we scheduled and when we should expect someone to come by, just wanting some information. Why the attitude? Learn how to run a business and give good customer service. Do not use this company! Stay away.

They are a great company to work with. Their dirvers take care not to damage or property and to keep the gates locked. They office staff is alway quick to help. Our home burned recently and they were quick to help us out. You can't find many companies that will help out their clients in times of trouble. This is the best disposal company. I've had contracts with other companies that were cheaper, but the people in the office were so rude, disrespectful and offensive that I hated doing business with them. I almost left this company for a cheaper one, but when a problem came up, and I had to call the office, Alyssa was so kind and courteous and even RETURNED A PHONE CALL, that I decided to stay with this company! I'd rather pay a little extra and be treated with respect and dignity than do business with cheaper companies who treat their customers worse than the garbage that they collect! Thank you, Alyssa, for your genial manner and solicitous care. I really appreciate the fact that you listened and eagerly tried to help! I wish more companies would learn to treat their customers with such dignity and respect!
