This company worked around my crazy schedule. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. The lead technician (I didn't catch his name) was very informative and resolved my issue quickly AND under the manufacturer's warranty. We have hot water again!!! Thanks Kleen Water Systems, you saved the day!

Kleenwater is amazing and Keith V. IS Kleenwater. In addition to being an extremely skilled technician he truly cares about solving his clients problem even when it is not convenient for him ... ie cold, snowy Valentine’s weekend. He goes above and beyond always. Thank you Kleenwater and thank you Keith.!!! Susan McCosker . Dublin, Ohio

Very professional and quick service for a dump pump replacement. They Took the time to give me all the options available and made a recommendation based on my situation and house. Installation was quick and they made sure I understood how the new system works and what to expect. Would definitely consider their services again.

The service men were good but after they left this morning our upstairs water was very salty. Also they recommended an 800 investment in our system. I am not clear what that is for and is this the only option to address the problem? Seth
