Dr. Chase is a wonderful dentist!! Through the whole process, he makes sure you know exactly what’s going on and why he is doing it. Makes you feel welcomed and is happy to help you get back to smiling painlessly! The dental assistant Tanya was very pleasant as well as she kept the process running as smoothly as possible!!! Great place and I would HIGHLY recommend Marion Dental Associates to anybody in search for great service!!

I am pleased to have things explained in ways that are comprehensible to a non professional. Dr. Tim explains each step of the process as he goes. You know what to expect, there are no surprises. The patients comfort level is always a priority. Tanya works well to assist Dr. Tim as well as looking after the patient. The business is professional, efficient and I would recommend them without hesitation. Additionally, if you have emergency situations, you are accommodated expeditiously.

Dr. Chase and his staff are simply amazing. Every effort is made to make you feel comfortable, address your concerns and explain procedures as they are happening. I must say, if you need a dental procedure that requires novocaine, Dr. Chase is the most gentle dentist I have ever had administer the shot. You barely even feel it! Of course, a great dentist needs a great assistant, and Tanya is just as competent as Dr. Chase. Mindy has been my hygienist and Penny always answers the phone and gets my questions answered promptly. We have been patients for almost 20 years and are so grateful to have such a great team to care for our oral health needs.
