We had a wonderful experience with Tom Johnson in Marion. The nicest people ant the best price. You can’t beat those two things. We felt so welcome and right at home the first day we went in. We had a wonderful sales representative and fast answers. We would definitely recommend them. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

*** They are all so friendly or on happy pills.*** We have been to Tom Johnsons about 5 times. First time was looking at campers and the second visit was about a week later to buy our Forest River Salem from Lonnie. Great sales person. The thing we noticed foremost was how friendly everyone was. No matter how many times we entered or left the sales building the ladies at reception desk greeted us with smiles. When we picked up our camper, we had some minor issues that their service department took care of quickly and with friendly smiles. Just had our second visit since purchasing our camper. Everyone we have met at Tom Johnsons seems very happy and goes out of their way to help. There is another Camping World closers to our home, but the dramatic difference between the two stores makes that drive worth the extra miles to get the friendliness and service.
We were not planning on using camping world to purchase a camper due to previous issues from other camping world dealers and so many bad reviews. But the Marion, NC Tom Johnson Camping W orld had the only camper we liked for our budget. This dealership we felt really did work hard with us on the price and a few extra things we wanted for a camper. We have purchased several campers in the past and knew what we wanted which we feel they went out of their way to make happen. Everyone from the sales person, prep guy, receptionists, finance person and other employees were super nice. Best thing is they did not try to bug us to death to purchase extra stuff we did not want which we did tell them from the start, please do not try to up sell us. They also made the process to purchase the camper fast and easy. NO we are not big on camping world, but yes we 100% would say try out the Marion dealership. They are just good people, not pushy sales jerks, just working hard to make a honest living. We will go back to the Marion dealership for our next camper in a few years and pass the word on to others to check out their inventory and their great team !
Crystal Tate is the absolute best!!!! Every Camping World needs a Crystal. She knows how to get things done in a timely, efficient manner and she’s so super nice. Crystal truly made our service issues a 5 star experience.
First time RV owner here! Camron made the buying process great. He even took the time to teach me how to back my new RV into a campsite and hook it up! Keith the technician was also very thorough in going over all the features of my RV and entertaining all of my first time RVer questions. 10/10 would recommend buying from here
