I've never felt the need to write a review for a hardware store but this place just flat out deserves it! I wandered into Shaw's after dinner last night because I needed spray paint for a home decor project. I also wanted to check out their \oops\ paint selection and price some items I had recently purchased at my local box store. (Everything I had just purchased at the box store was significantly cheaper at Shaw's). I was so pleased with the customer service! The guys there at the time were super helpful! When the young guy who was helping me didn't have an answer for my question, he asked a superior, and before I knew it, I had a team of 3 who were totally interested in making sure my project worked out. I will definitely be coming back here for my hardware needs. I have never had that kind of friendly customer service at a hardware store! I ended up buying a chain saw and some fertilizer before I left too. There are some extremely knowledgeable folks down there at Shaw's, thanks so much!!!

I drive a distance to shop here, so I usually call to see if what I need is in stock. They answer the phone promptly, sound happy to help me and answer all of my questions. They almost always have what I am looking for.
