Since the google listing changed again....WAY over budget. never submitted a single change order when he convinced my mother-in-law to make changes. I ended up finding our own contractors and he still asked for a cut even though he didn't supervise or ever talk to them. CCB had 3 open cases by the time he had been removed from our project. Had to finish ourselves. Quality was meh, and I learned how to do a lot of the work because he left parts unfinished or done wrong.
