I purchased an expensive gift which I brought in to have engraved. I discussed what I had in mind with an associate and was pleased with the final design choice. When I went to pick up my item, I was extremely upset to find the finished design was off center. How does that happen? This is your specialty. Such carelessness. I gave two stars because I was offered a discount, but honestly, it completely took the joy out of presenting what I had hoped would be a special keepsake to my friend to commemorate a very somber occasion.
