Been going to Mark Rich’s since they were on Centennial. The food is excellent, service awesome and atmosphere great. I always get the wings which are the best in town. Their meatball sandwich is D Bomb as well as the pizza. Oh...hot sauce mixed w ranch on the side recommended.

Ordered through Grubhub and order delivered with missing item. Called Mark Rich's and they immediately resolved the issues. Had our missing item within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I really enjoy this restaurant, very good food, always fresh and tasty. The ambiance, style and decoration really take you to a traditional, Italian restaurant in NY. Their lasagna is one of the best I've had (please don't tell my wife), really good ingredients and flavor. The only reason it's not a 5 stars review is the wait, been there several times and usually I have to wait a while on the food, just one or two persons waiting the tables is not enough. Over all great restaurant.

This place has great service whenever you go with someone they know. I just went with my family ordered chicken fingers pizza garlic knots and fries. They messed up the chicken fingers and forgot the fries. Ok so I turned around went back told them. The owner said re make them and showed the girl how she adds the fries that I paid for. Then I got my fingers correctly this time was about to leave my wife said check them and there still were no fries. I went back in told the girl and she said "oh they don't come with fries" after the manager showed her in front of me so straight up lied to my face and I just walked off because I couldn't handle her anymore Then my wife had to go in after I walked out and then they fixed the order finally So something that should have taken a 1/2 hour ended up taking over an hour EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a margarita pizza, add sausage. I asked for the GF crust. When I got home the pizza was like rubber, a tiny bit of cheese, dry sauce, and no fresh basil. I know GF is not what they are known for, but the toppings were bad. Especially bummed because it was 18.95. Check your items when you pick them up.
