Very happy to see Mark's Cycle open last week! Needed a new helmet for the boy child and our recent go to shop didn't have a helmet in his size that he liked so he wasn't going to be able to ride. Driving by just to check when we saw Mark's was open we both lit up like a HID! Of course they had a helmet in his size that he loved with the perfect color scheme... Needless to say he has been ripping everyday since! Extra special thank you to the mechanic who was working in the back even though it was 4:45 and he was supposed to be off at 4 he had stuck around checking people out on what obviously was a very busy and beautiful day! Thank you again!

If I could give ' Negative Stars' I would. I came in this past weekend inquiring about having my motor scooter repaired. The owner Mark, and another employee, were just as rude and unhelpful as can possibly be. Mark just stares at you with this glazed over expression on his face, has as much 'people skills' as a piece of wood. Both him and other employee showed about as much interest in helping me as a 5 yr Olds interest in a Calculus textbook. Will NEVER go back again. Btw.....what's up with the hours of operation beginning at 10:15???
