Dr. Usha Bandari played us very badly!! I wouldn’t even give one star. I went for a checkup. I confirmed with the doctor that this visit can go as my once a year physical visit. Then, I asked what would be my co-pay or detectible but told me not to worry. I was worried about my unknown bill and all they cared for trying to schedule me for next time.. with some bs reasons. I received a bill for service that they didn’t even performed. The doctor was in room for less than 5 mins. I called my insurance and they said I was charged for “45 min appointment” I was charged for additional screening exam. CHECK YOUR BILLS!! Don’t even call their billing team, they are no help. Just call your insurance.
At least the lab and x-ray are housed in the same facility, and not a long drive elsewhere.... There are many different doctor's housed in one building to satisfy the needs/wants of each of those patients... Granted it does get hectic at peak times during the morning and mid-afternoon rush...
