Wayside sewing is a gem. They serviced my older model, second-hand machine, fixed it right well, but, they had in stock the newer model version so I could just buy that, take it home, do the job I needed to do, and now I have a machine and a back up machine that are both fantastic. Friendly as all get out, and I was never made to feel out of place, despite not being a stereotypical \quilt shop\ customer.
