This facility is administering Covid Vaccines, by appt. we drove 2 hours to bring my Mom for her vaccine..they didn’t have them. The excuse was the weather, however they’re website still dated they were giving out vaccines, we didn’t get an email, phone call not even a sign on the door. Just some lady that works there saying they didn’t get the vaccines. There was another family that drove from El Paso, who also said they didn’t get a call on any cancellations.

Sprained both of my ankles today. Cant stand or walk. Waited for 3 hours in the ER just to be told that they can't do anything for me because of \policy change\ my condition was not considered a real emergency. They referred me to the clinic when they open. What's the point? Why even have a hospital if you cant help people when they need it? Never again.

Sadly I came to this place from the encouagement from a nurse& after a few yrs seeing a doctor there he becamed overwhelmed ATTITUDE every day ime I had to visit I will speak my mind out
