Looked and priced around for a 2020 Sonata that I wanted. Burns Hyundai was able to give me the best deal with extras like the customer Value Package included. Also had a great buying experience with Sal Hasan Sales consultant. They are very Covid19 aware, wearing masks and also made sure everything was sanitized before I test drove a car.

I came in for an add I saw online and the staff were very helpful and Holly was terrific. By far this has been the best experience I've had when it comes to leasing a vehicle. It was painless, I came in the one day worked out a deal and Holly had everything ready for me the next day. The following day I picked up my new vehicle and processed my finance.

My wife was traveling from New York back home late Sunday night when her car began to hesitate and check engine light came on she had to stay overnight and tried to go to the dealer in the morning just to have it look at to get back on the road I understand she didn't have an appointment but the advisor couldn't even have someone to diagnose he advise her to try another dealer. Granted she didn't have an appt but for him to tell a female that advise him the reason she stayed over because the vehicle wasn't safe to drive to get back on the road and direct her to a dealer a hour in a half away. What happen to customer service, it weighs have took all of 5 minutes to hook to the OBD to check what her issue was.

Just got my 2020 Kona from Burns Hyundai. Megan Foti is amazing, goes above and beyond and very patient. The process was different because of the covid-19 situation but just as seamless. Highly recommend both the dealership and sales person. And the SUV! It’s so snazzy! Thanks!
