Great experience! “Chris” helped me find a pack that was right for me. He took great care in finding me three really good options. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was with all the packs he showed me! We did opt to shop around but ultimately purchased online the Osprey Aura Chris showed us. Super helpful! I went in and got fitted for a backpack and, I cannot make this up, the backpack actually improved my posture. All the people here know their stuff inside and out so seriously ask any question you have. They're wonderful
I've been in REI co-op member for maybe 10 years. I love REI I love the way they do business the people there are extremely friendly, and the knowledge of the staff is second to none. Yes there is no doubt that at times what they sell is pricey, but it's always of the highest quality. I also love the way they handle their customer service accepting returns no questions asked even for products that you may have had for as long as a year.
