SIMPLY THE BEST! After purchasing a \package deal\ earlier this year of pontoon boat/trailer/boat lift from a private party, we visited Camp & Cruise on the recommendation of a friend, as the lift was not really suited well for use on our small lake, and we wanted to explore what options we had for something else. Jeff was outstanding to work with, and offered us excellent ideas and solutions. He and his team are experts...very experienced(they literally have \seen it all\), knowledgeable, and made our learning/shopping/purchase decision fun. From the get-go, we felt very comfortable that Jeff and team would deliver on their promises, and do so at a fair price. Sure enough, Jeff offered us a very good price on another used lift they just had come in, and had his team install it on our small private lake, which was no simple task! It involved backing the trailer with the lift down a VERY TIGHT space, then floating it down the lake to our home. Jeff's guys took it all in stride, and stayed late into the day, just to make sure every detail of the installation was done right. They came back the following week to do more follow-up work, including a full cleaning of the canopy top, which surprised everyone when they opened it up and found it was dirty. If you're going to consider Camp & Cruise as part of your purchase decision, expect to experience the following...attention to detail, excellent communication, people that listen to you so they can understand what's important to you, instead of trying to sell you something that they want to sell, knowledge of what's out there, and what they sell, experience, fairness, fun, a real desire to make sure every attention is given to what is important to their customer, a very fair price, and follow-up after the sale. Jeff and his team are simply the best!

Camp & Cruise is a great business. I've been going there for years. Just a couple of days ago I brought in my truck because I was having issues with the lock on the topper I purchased from them 4 years ago. It took them a couple of hours to fix it and they did not charge me a dime. That's true customer service. I have also brought my boat in for repairs several times over the years and they have always done a great job at a more than a far price. They have my complete trust.

Called them on a Tuesday morning they told me to bring in my boat said they would try to work it in.brought it in Tuesday at 5 pm , Wednesday at 3 they called and said it was done.awsome.the tech found the problem with my etec.said he fixed it and that it's a good motor.cant get any better than that.i don't expect it to be like that every time but I'll take it when they do that.great people ,very knowledgeable.they all know there stuff.thank you very much.
