The lady Danielle Leford was rude, could not give us any information on a wheelchair on my wife. She could even offer information as where we could go. She said her company did not take our insurance. But our insurance said it was accepted. We needed a list of medical supply.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a hip replacement and the Physical Therapist ordered me a walker (which I use), a poty chair and an extended shower chair (neither one of them used). After being home for a week and never using this equipment I decided to call to return the unused equipment and was told they would not let me return these because I purchased them. If you are reading the reviews on this company I would suggest you inquire about their return policy. They are quick to accept your order (money) but will not accept returns. Now I am stuck with a poty chair & shower chair that I have no use for. I will also file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau on DuraMed

Poor customer service, and I didn't even make it into the store. I merely was doing a phone inquiry to see IF they carried the product I was looking for. First of all, the rep answered the phone while apparently talking to an in store consumer. Secondly, she left me on hold, the phone hung up, I called back, and the \ostomy\ rep voice was laced with attitude. I think I'll shop elsewhere.
