True professionals. We had a 60 foot Hackberry tree on our back property line / stacked stone wall, that had a 3 foot split between the two top limbs. It got to the point where I wouldn't let the grand kid's play in the back. Shane's crew carefully dropped and loaded this large tree safely . After the clean up it was like they were never there, no drama , everything smoothed over, replaced or raked up. Not a stone was knocked out of place even though the tree was rooted just two feet from the wall. Worth every penny.
Shane, Andrew and Jason have been a pleasure to do business with; they are professional, courteous, friendly, and very skilled and experienced. They have removed some trees for us, and done extensive trimming, pruning, and fertilizing to maintain a variety of species on our property (including ornamental and standard maple trees, river birches, and a redbud). We will have more work done in the spring, and plan to continue using Bartlett Tree Experts for all of our tree services. I highly recommend the company and their personnel.
Shane and the crew who came to do our tree work were among the most professional landscape professionals we've ever had at our property. We have a large tree in a small lot and it has needed a lot of care and maintenance over the years and the Bartlett crew were the best we've had out by far. They navigated the space in our small lot smoothly without causing damage to our or our neighbors property. They were courteous, friendly, and worked quickly, but carefully to prune and maintain our tree. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have some precision tree work done.
