My wife was in a fender bender while traveling through Marshall, MO for work a year or so ago. Tow truck driver recommended this business, however I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I’ve delayed writing this review in hopes paint quality was sufficient and durable, as you can guess with the one star review, the paint is terrible. Clear coat is already peeling, body fasteners were left loose and wire harness was left hanging out below the bumper. The owner was VERY rude, we called to get an update on the vehicle and a possible ETA of when we could pick it up, only to be told “we will call you when it’s done, you do not need to call asking for updates as that takes away time from us working on your vehicle.” Would have only been a 2 minute call if they could have just answered our quick question we had. To top of off they even smoked in our vehicle! We are non smokers and upon picking up the vehicle there were cigarette ashes and a cigarette butt in the cup holder! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!
