Pleasure to work with Masonry Specialist. The family owned business is breath of fresh air to work with. Pride in their craft is easy to see in MS’s quality finished product. MS did repointing work at a property I represent in McLean in mid July 2016. MS matched mortar color for repointing weathered brick joints needing repair, raking weathered joints, pushed mortar into fillets and contoured the mortar lines. After repointing no matter how closely mortar color is matched there is contrast of old mortar surrounding areas repointed. In the next 3 years after repointing mortar weathered those areas blending in nicely. I sold the property last November. MS is straight forward and easy to work with in my experience. They do accurate, complete and timely work at market rate.
