If I could give this company a 0 star I would! I worked for this company for a few years. The workers are over worked and underpaid! We never got our raises and constantly were manipulated and threatened to be fired if we did not find our own coverage even if it was an emergency. I wouldn't trust this facility to care for my dead dog! They hire people with questionable backgrounds that cause stress not only to other workers but to the consumers themselves. During the duration of my employment there were dozens of fights and arguments in the facilities right in front of the consumers. When I complained to the powers that be about the hostile environment it was ignored and nothing was done! These same workers would get people fired by blackmailing them constantly. For example... poring water in the bed of a consumer in order to say the bed was not changed and blaming it on previous staff and saying they were being abused. The only person that would listen and be there for everyone was the secretary of the office unfortunately her power was limited. I left on my own accord due to the stressful environment and extreme depression and stress it caused just to be associated with this company. The state has reviewed this company many times but they were able to manipulate their way through all of the loop holes. So many good workers quit and left this facility it is really sad and I pray every day for these unfortunate souls!
